We install composite and PVC decking from leading manufacturers, including TimberTech, AZEK, Trex, and Deckorators. We also build with cedar and pressure-treated wood. During your consultation, we will compare maintenance, appearance, warranty, and budget options.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We coordinate required building permits and inspections for your project. Your deck is planned and built to meet applicable Minnesota codes, including footing depth, structural spans, ledger attachment, guards, and stairs.
How long does deck installation take?
Most deck installations take one to three weeks after permits and materials are ready. Project size, site access, weather, and custom features can affect the schedule. Your proposal will include a clear project timeline.
What warranty comes with a new deck?
Your project includes One Nation's workmanship warranty plus the applicable manufacturer warranties for decking, railing, and other installed products. We review the coverage with you during the final walkthrough.
