Our Workmanship Warranty

Here at ONE Nation Exteriors, we’ve got your back for the long haul. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty guarantees that our work will be free from defects for as long as the product lasts. This means that if there are any issues due to faulty workmanship, we’ll make it right. Just keep in mind, that this warranty isn’t transferable, and the “lifetime” of the product is determined by the manufacturer. If there are any defects with the product itself, those are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not ours. So rest easy knowing that with ONE Nation Exteriors, you’re covered!*

GAF Golden Pledge

The GAF Golden Pledge Warranty is GAF’s highest warranty level. It includes a 50-year warranty on materials for the entire roofing system, a lifetime labor warranty, and 25 years of 100% workmanship coverage for most product types. This warranty is also transferable.

GAF Silver Pledge

The Silver Pledge warranty is a mid-tier warranty for GAF roof replacements. It also includes a 50-year material warranty across the entire roof and lifetime labor coverage, but the workmanship warranty is 10 years. You can transfer this warranty if you sell your home.

How long will it take for you to return my call?

All calls will be returned within 24 business hours.

Do you offer insurance claim assistance?

Yes! Our team will support you throughout the process. We offer comprehensive damage inspection, will be at the inspection to assist in the process, assist in filling out forms all the way to submitting the final invoice to your insurance company.

*Terms & Conditions For Our Labor Warranty

  • Loss or damage not reported within six months after customer discovers or should have discovered the loss or  damage, unless One Nation Exteriors had actual notice of the loss or damage;
  • Loss or damage caused by defects in design, installation, or materials which the vendee or the owner supplied,  installed, or directed to be installed;
  • Secondary loss or damage such as personal injury or property damage;
  • Loss or damage from normal wear and tear;
  • Loss or damage from normal shrinkage caused by drying within tolerances of building standards;
  • Loss or damage from dampness and condensation due to insufficient ventilation;
  • Loss or damage from negligence, improper maintenance, or alteration of the Work by anyone other than One  Nation Exteriors;
  • Landscaping or insect loss or damage;
  • Loss or damage from failure to maintain the Work in good repair, including but not limited to loss or damage caused  by mold, fungus, bacteria, or other biological materials/organisms;
  • Loss or damage which the customer, whenever feasible, has not taken timely action to minimize;
  • Loss or damage which occurs after the dwelling or the home improvement is no longer used primarily as a  residence;
  • Accidental loss or damage usually described as acts of God, including, but not limited to: fire, explosion, smoke,  water escape, windstorm, hail or lightning, falling trees, aircraft and vehicles, flood, and earthquake, except  when the loss or damage is caused by failure to comply with building standards;
  • Loss or damage from soil movement which is compensated by legislation or covered by insurance;
  • Loss or damage due to soil conditions where construction is done upon lands owned by the customer and  obtained by customer from a source independent of One Nation Exteriors;
  • Loss or damage due to defects in the existing structure and systems not caused by the Work; or
  • Products or materials installed that are already covered by implied or written warranty.
